Interactive Geometry

SPICY is the successor of this interactive geometry software.

This site will no longer be supported - please go to the new site!

This old site is still online, because it provides many interesting interactive examples, like the one on Poncelet's theorem!

This is the 5th pre-version of the 'interactive plane geometry applet'. Now you can use the graphical interface to make your constructions. I've added lots of other features as well, like macros and undo/redo.
But there are still some features that are only available by using the 'context' menu: just click the right mouse button or the left mouse button together with the 'Control' key to get this menu!

Poncelet's theorem is an excellent example for the use of this tool. In some weeks, we will provide a simple way to use our tool in your internet publications, just like we've done it for Poncelet's theorem.

More interesting capabilities of the tool are used to construct

And the best is: the tool is free, you can use it right now, in the internet (and - in some weeks - in your internet publications) without paying anything. Have a lot of fun!

It is now possible to use the interactive geometry tool within a scalable window. I, personally, prefer the scalable version, because you can then use the whole screen for your constructions.

Your browser is completely ignoring the APPLET tag, you should use a browser, that is java 1.1 compatible.

In the next version, there will be features like
